story goes
Skootr started in 2016 from a simple thought: Office spaces don’t need to be drab.
We wanted to create productive spaces where people actually enjoy working. Where esteemed clients like yourself can focus on running the business without worrying about
employee retention. Our spaces have a knack for ensuring they love their time at work.
And more than anything, we wanted to kickstart a business model that helps our clients reach and stay at the top. That’s when we’ll know we’ve made it too.
The road never travelled
We’re the first Indian company that ventured into creating and managing extraordinary office spaces. That means we’ve had to set and lead new industry standards at every step of the way.
When we began, hospitality was far removed from office spaces. This deficiency fueled our fire to start
something unheard of. We brought in world-class amenities like live kitchens serving made-to-order dishes, wellness services like spa and salon, and more. You’ll have to go to our services tab to read them all.
In 2015, we started catering to medium-sized corporates. Cut to today, we
partner with corporates like: The Economist Group, Ingersoll Rand, Grant Thornton, Claranet, Futures Firts Clix Capital, Siemens Healthcare, UNICEF.

Ankit Jain is backed by 15 years of experience, with 200 transactions, covering approximately 1.5 million square feet across retail & commercial space, Ankit is a spirited leader. He has his expertise in business development, legal processes, transactions, planning, acquisitions & in the past few years has led the Skootr expansion from the front.
Anuj Saxena has over 15 years of experience in interior designing, sourcing & dealing with over 300 design companies and designing for more than 1.2 million square feet. He specializes in facility management, design, construction management, space planning & has the power to transform.
Puneet Chandra comes from the family of land bankers & has experience of executing more than 1.6 million square feet, he breathes Real Estate. With experience in investing and managing the different asset classes, he focuses on business development & investments. He has a strong relationship with major developers, private equity & consultants.
